Bought this hoping would save time and allow kitties to always have clean box. Worked amazing when I first got. Customer service has always been excellent with small issues. Now the box constantly cycles after cat uses and doesn’t stop. I unplug and try resetting and just won’t stop. Customer service says only help they can offer is to have me clean the box send back to them and they will look at the issue. How can you just pack up your litter box and send it back and have your cats not have their box for who knows how long? Doesn’t make sense to me. If you’re under warranty/extended warranty and box is malfunctioning and constantly cycling and sometimes even going in reverse and wasting litter since in reverse it dumps in the bottom they should be able to send you a new one and allow you to send broken one back once other is received like they have done in the past. Save your money and go with a company with better customer service that you can actually talk to and not constantly write emails with and who actually cares!

I bought this item June of 2025. So far every month when it is time to clean out the tray or place new litter in we have to spend hours troubleshooting it to get it to work as designed. Unless you like doing stuff like that do not buy it. I purchased it hoping it would make cleaning up easier. It’s great when it works but having to spend hours troubleshooting is not worth the money spent.

Hands down the best product on the market. Easy to setup and use. Clean design. Cat friendly. Has made my life so much easier and my cats love having a perfectly clean litter box at all times. I would highly recommend to other cat paw-rents out there. Your fur babies will love it!

This darn thing hasn't worked since the day I bought it!! Sorry I wasted my money!

I have 2 girl cats 2 years old and 6 months old. Both used it immediately after I set it up. I did have to put a step stool in front of the litter box to make it easier for them to step in because it is a bit high (for cats). The app works great and the cycling part of the litter box is great. The only thing is sometimes the clumps will get stuck and not fall so I have to knock it in (with disposable gloves on lol) but it doesn't happen every time. Overall a great buy much better than scooping 24/7. I definitely would buy it again.

I am very pleased with my purchase of the Casa Leo's Loo Too. They are saving me daily chore time and money on all of the extra cat litter manual scoop boxes use. My cats do not track litter as they usually do. I love that I am able to clean the litter box and check on my cats while I am at work from the Wifi enabled app. My cats were a little startled at first that the box was capable of such a thing as scooping oneself. But eventually they got over the fact that it moves and they use it on the daily. I think they really enjoy not having to step on their own poop to go poop. Lol. As for the durability of the product it passes kitty approval. They have climbed jumped scratched around the inside and all of the plastic and rubber that the product is made of is not being damaged, very high quality. The AC cord is chew proof, a very good thing for us safety people. There is always people at the Casa Leo support team if you ever need to email or call them for troubleshooting or anything else. I did check on replacement parts and they said they will be available soon. There is a bladder replacement if your kitty scratches the inside. Which was my main concern with purchasing such a high ticket item for my cat. Knowing that you are able to replace the part that can get used up and cruddy after a year or two sold me on it! You will not regret purchasing the Casa Leo's Loo Too! It kicks the Litter Robots butt.
