After playing with leo for 20 mins and a 30min walk. I do this twice a day. He still meows loudly to play. Ive got him toys but he doesn't play with them by his own. It's hard not to get frustrated that even after an hour of playing and walking, he still won't rest. He would meow constantly until I do something. PLEASE HELP. My mom is thinking about letting him go because of his meowing.( She thinks he is unhappy) What do I do ???
I have a 1.5 year old cat who meows at all hours of the day and night. I get home around 8 every night and I play with him up until bed time around 11. Once I settle down (sit down or lay down) he meows. Gets up at 330am and meows until 5am. I’ve bought several interactive toys and it seems nothing is working.
Hello. I have two cats. One likes to play with balls and chase small toys; whereas the other one only likes to play with pointers. I have read some opinions against this way to entertain the cats because they argue that it can stress the animals and generate anxiety when they don't receive rewards for their actions. I take Leo for a walk every alternate day. He loves his walks and would meow at the door to go for a walk. The problem is when it's time to go back home. He would growl and hiss and attack at me whenever I would pull his leash to go home. Finally I would pick him up cause he won't budge. He would meow loudly and would try to get away. PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO MAKE THIS STRESS FREE. (I play with him plenty in the house so he isn't bored.)
I got leo from the streets. He is extremely active and wants to play and go out all the time. Before his neutering I would take him outside for walks and, he would enjoy them. After his surgery he is scared to go for walks on the road, but would like to just roam the floors and sniff stuff.( I live on 15th floor). I play with him very actively twice a day. My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors,and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?
When I adopted Leo they said he was aloof with cats. However hes chased mine around the house and tried to grab one by the neck. How do I help him stop that?
Dec 2 I got a new kitten& after 2 hours of her hiding in corners unless I stayed completely still, she was purring & laying right next to me all the time. She was still nervous but adapting well. She staid that way until 3 today. I got out robots (Cozmo and BB-8) 4 fun. She hated both& was really scaird of them. I put dem away after 5 min. Ever since she has been annoyed and stressed out. She doesn't lay next to me nearly as often and doesn't seem to like me mucn I don't know what's wrong.

I read that Ragdoll cats are fairly low shed bc they don't have an undercoat. I was wondering if the combination of one of these products & a low shedding cat would make them almost allergy free? Will my 6 month old kitten grow out of playing in her litter box? It's so unsanitary. We got her a tower recently that she doesn't even touch, plus lots of boxes for her to play in. How can I get her to use cat tower more? Feliway doesn't seem to work.
