If Mithu is refusing to eat at all I would be concerned that he is ill. It would be best to bring him to a local vet for an exam to rule out issues such as illness, infection, parasites, nutritional issues, etc that could be causing him to feel ill and not want to eat. If he checks out healthy and just doesn't like his food, a balanced seed and pellet diet is a good base diet that provides plenty of nutrients. You can then add in fruits and veggies as treats to help add some variety and balance things out. Both your birds look pretty young still! Cere color changes are normal as parakeets reach sexual maturity. Females will typically get a pinkish or brownish cere when they are ready to breed, while makes will often get a deep bluish cere. Younger birds can have a mix of colors that will deepen/change as they become mature. As for taming, if you find they have a favorite treat, such as a piece of fruit or spray of millet seed, etc, you can use this to help them get used to you. Every time you approach their cage, you can offer a bit of treat until they are comfortable having you around. From there, you can move onto offering the treat to be taken from your hand, and then work up to petting or even handling them, each time offering a treat. If they become too nervous or upset, simply go back to the previous step they were comfortable with and try again from there.

I'm not entirely sure what brands are offered in India, but [here are some good foods](https://www.petco.com/shop/en/petcostore/category/bird/bird-food-and-treats/bird-food/parrot-hookbill-food) from our store that can give you a template of what kind of food to feed Meenu. Any formula for parrots or hookbills should be appropriate for conures. Most pet stores will carry something similar, so if you have one nearby you can use this list to shop for similar ingredients. Adding in some fresh fruits and veggies as snacks and treats can also help round out Meenu's diet and make things more exciting for her!

I have two adopted parakeets. I have tried introducing dried fruit, fresh fruit and even millet seeds. They only are interested in regular bird seed. What can i do? It's been months. Thank you
If at first you don't succeed, try try again! Patience and retrying are your best bets. Birds can be picky eaters, and sometimes it takes several introductions of the same thing over and over before they decide to try (and like) it! You may want to try introducing those treats again at different intervals or times of day to see if they eventually start to check it out. In some cases, a bird may never be interested in it, especially if they weren't exposed to it when they were younger, and as long as they have a balanced diet otherwise, that is OK- toys or attention can work great for enrichment as well!

If you cannot find measurements for the cage type you are looking at, I would go with a different company or location to one that offers measurements such as bar sizing, cage sizing etc, before purchasing. Birds can be picky eaters, and very messy ones, and they may throw food just for the fun of it. Continuing to offer a variety of fruits and veggies in addition to his regular food can help him become more interested in trying (and hopefully liking) more things. Cage guards can also be useful in helping contain the normal mess birds make as they eat.
