My dog has a lump on his neck that has a scab on top of it as well. Size of a blueberry. No symptoms. But he keeps scratching the scab off causing it to bleed.

My dog has what I believe is a papilloma on his jaw. It has been there for about 3 months and has grown in size and is now the size of a large blueberry. 17 yr old FS DSH, obese. She has a blueberry sized lump by her right front shoulder blade close to her neck. It is under the skin. I was feeling it to see if it was hard or soft and it just popped - easily. Whoops! She did not meow or seem like she felt anything. The contents must be under the skin. No tick or infection visible. Very healthy otherwise, just had a dental last week.
