I fed my jack Russell blue buffalo “life protection” for the 17 years I owned her. I’ve continued it with Kalei, and don’t plan to change brands unless you advise different. But I see that there are 4 different blue buffalo foods.”Basics”, “Freedom”, “Life Protection”, and “Wilderness”. I’m anal on feeding nothing but the best for my dog, as well as the ingredients in it that best fits the needs for the specific breed. So which of these 4 is the best one for a Boston Terrier’s needs ? THANKS !
Hello, my puppy is about to be 9mo this old and she’s weighing 60lbs. Some people recommended me the Blue Buffalo large breed Wilderness food. I am already giving her the Blue Buffalo Life Protection puppy large breed food. Would you recommend me to change it for her? I don’t understand the main difference in the foods and if changing her food would be better.

I am rescuing 2 sister Schnauzer females who will turn 7 in April. They are healthy (owner surrender, due to his ill health) but overweight. One needs to lose 3 pounds, the other 2. Are they considered adult or seniors? Is Blue Buffalo Life Protection weight management best for them? No sign of bladder stones but they were a problem with my prior Schnauzer, and I fed her Royal Canin SO. Should I start them on SO food with no sign of problems? Would grain free be best? I have a 9 year old Chihuahua/terrier mix. We have been feeding her Iams her whole life but I recently saw an ad claiming that Blue has healthier ingredients. When comparing ingredient labels it does appear that Blue is healthier. so I tried mixing the 2 in my dog's food - she literally separates the two and only eats the Iams! should I keep encouraging Blue or stick with Iams?

My little dog is 13.5 yrs old. She is not eating her breakfast, looks great, still acts silly, but is drinking more water than usual. She does it eat her dinner, I mix it with Blue canned food a good tablespoon mixed well. Plus, she still loves her Blue treats. She’s only drinking purified water her whole life. I’ve made a vet appointment. But it’s clear she has lost some weight. I’m getting scared. She’s been my whole life.
