I really like Virbac's line of dermatologic products, and their Epi-Otic is a great all-purpose ear cleanser for dogs. It is available over the counter, and you can order it from DrsFosterandSmith.com or Amazon.

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco. I would recommend using the below products as I have found they work the best with these cases. If after using these there is no improvement, I would recommend having a veterinarian examine her in case oral antibiotics / antifungals are needed. I hope these help! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further! 1. Douxo PS Chlorhexidine combination shampoo and bathe twice weekly until resolved 2. Douxo PS mousse and apply once daily until resolved 3. Welactin omega 3 fish oil capsules for dogs 4. Essential 6 spot on by Dermoscent

This is a good general eye wash: ( http://www.allivet.com/p-8131-vetericyn-plus-eye-wash-3-oz.aspx ) For tear staining I recommend Angel Eyes products. They seem to work the best. ( https://angelseyesonline.com/products/ ) Hope this helps. Great question!

Hi there and thank you for using Boop by Petco to address your concern. If the ears are infected, an over the counter ear cleanser is probably not going to get rid of bacteria or yeast that may be causing the infection. I would recommend a product such as Zymox Ear Solution, which can be found online quite easily. This is typically a once a day solution given over 10-14 days. If there is no improvement on this solution, I would recommend having Gina examined by a veterinarian so that the most appropriate diagnostic and treatment recommendations can be made. I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns and I would be more than happy to help you further.

I really like the Douxo Micellar Solution. It is great at breaking up waxy debris in the ears, it is gentle, and safe if the eardrum is not intact.
