Bags on Board

I am picking up my cairn terrier puppy from a breeder tomorrow who said she not a vet just gave the puppy her 12 week old shot. She said she will give me paperwork on this but will this be acceptable when I need to board? Also, I have used a collar on my 2 previous puppies with no harm. I would like to continue this because especially before she is licensed, I can put a name tag on heaven forbid she got lost. Is there a problem using a collar? It never caused a neck or throat injury before

Casper was near a vegetable cutting LARGE KNIFE And Board. It's a primitive machine. It's completely black in colour but its not rusted. I don't know if Casper got cut by it. His face was near it and he moved. He acted normal after then and did not show any discomfort or pain. I don't see a wound or blood . Is it possible that he may get tetanus.
