Disappointed that I never got my order

Bought this tug toy in February for my dog who loved it so I ordered another but it has never come. FedEx shows movement then nothing. I called up Petco who said they couldn’t ship another but there was one in another store but it couldn’t be shipped from them so they just gave me credit. Very disappointed that they could not ship from the other store.

Yes, I recommend this product.
