Can you recommend a good, supportive harness for a 3 legged dog? My 14 year old border collie lost her back left leg after being hit by a truck. She still has a lot of energy and loves to go for walks but she gets tired easily. Do they have harnesses with handles to help hold her up?
What harness is the best and most comfortable for my dog. It would also have to work with a tie out stake. The one i have she just pulls right out of it. I can not walk my dog at all ! When she sees the harness she immediately starts to bolt to the other rooms and hides. And when the harness is on when we put on the leash she starts flailing around and throwing herself into the floor . She's a very nervous shy dog but I don't know why she hates the harness so much.
