What size raw hide do you recommend for yorkies?

My 14 year old Yorkie Bichon Terrier was diagnosed with an anal gland tumor that really seems to be inoperable it's just on the inside of her anus and you can see it at different times. They tried to go in and remove it and it was too involved. I'm doing some herbs at this time and changed her diet I'm not ready to let her go yet her name is violet. The best food for small dog 5 month, morkie 2 pounds
Ok so I have an issue. Its getting cold here and we are looking at some very heavy snow this year. All three of our dogs are rather thin coated. The older two refuse to potty outside if its too cold. Would sweaters help? Also the youngest is less than two pounds (tiny chihuahua mix) and even though he's not allowed outside yet we like 2 to 4 inches above our floor tend to get cold no matter what temperature we keep the house at how can I help him stay warm?
Hai Dr.Davis! Heartfelt thanks to you for the help and support that you are giving us. As you said, we made toby stand by using a towel. He could not place his legs properly on the floor. But we helped and made him sit and stand for about 5 minutes and walk slowly in this manner. Our vet talled us that his right leg has been affected. Picture depicts his right and left side.
