My kitten likes to scratch my wooden chair, doors,and occasionally the door frames. I bought her a wooden cat scratcher with catnip and all she does is bite, sleeps, and lays on it. Do you have any recommendations on what would be a good scratching post? Sisal rope, Sisal carpet, and etc?
Need gromming store for my cat
13yo indoor male cat with hx of seasonal allergies, vet says not treatable. He has been scratching just in front of his ears off and on for years, but tonight I noticed that he has significant scratches/scabs (not oozing) on R side. We have 3 indoor cats that play, sleep, groom each other. No other cat has any issue- all have clean ears, no mites. All eat Grain free Wellness or Merrick, chicken only (22yo often steals food from others and can't tolerate fish or beef- lots of vomiting). Thoughts?

Started with a scratch then we noticed it’s gotten worse.. We first thought it was from fighting with the other male cat in the house but not thinking he’s scratching it, he also try’s to rub his head and the area on things.. Could it be an allergy? He has no other marks on his body just small scabs on his neck.. We ruled out fleas.
