I can’t seem to find where it shows on any of the sizes what they fit. What weight/waist measurements do each of the sizes work for.
- S/M size fits up to 24", L obviously is bigger. They have elastic and the waistband can be adjusted with buttons.

I have a female Frenchie her waist is 19.5" what size would you suggest we purchase?
- This works much better than the disposable diapers that stretch out and can be shaken off. Make sure that you cut the tail hole in the right place and make sure that you don't cut it to big. I use cheap women's disposable panty liners in this, just make sure that you use the right absorbancy level for what you need. My dog is a great pyrenees/australian shepherd mix who is 82 lb and 26.5" around, she uses a L/XL. I would suggest a S/M based on the size chart. There are several buttons and velcro which allows for quite a bit of adjustment to insure that it fits properly. My dog has mild incontinence (leaking) and my vet started her on Proin 50mg for sphincter control and it worked for us, you might want to talk to your vet about it.

Is there any way to attach this to a collar or harness
- We order the ones from Barkertime... escape proof ones... our Frenchies eventually get out if anyone but they escape proof by Barkertime.. expensive but worth it

- Yes, there is a button hole type slit, and you simply use scissors to cut it open. For small tails you might not want to cut the entire length, hence the reason they allow you to cut it yourself.

my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?
Vivi wets the bed in her sleep pretty much every night. I've had her checked out by a vet, gotten blood work done, but everything appears to be normal. The vet gave her tolterodone 4mg twice a day, which seemed to work for a few days at a time but the bed is wet more times than it is dry. She has an enlarged heart and arrhythmia as well. Is there anything I can do for this? Also, we don't get dog diapers or diaper pads easily here. Can I use normal unscented sanitary pads with a dog panty?

Hi, my 12 year old Dachshund has been leaking large amounts of urine frequently. She is also leaking small amounts. She does urinate outside as well. She is behaving as if she doesn't realize the leaking. She also has developed sores around her vulva and anus. I'm not sure if her skin is irritated from making her wear diapers, or if it's caused by something else. I plan on contacting the vet tomorrow, but I'm wondering if there is anything I can do for her now, other than keep the sores clean.

I have 3 female dogs. 2 are medium-large (like German Shepherds) and 1 is smaller (like a cocker spaniel). They're all spayed & eat the same food.
