PLEASE RELEASE IN 5.1 OZ CANS

SighMusiker

CKD kitty only eats T. Starved herself refusing E. ROYAL CANIN IM BEGGING YOU. PLEASE RELEASE T IN BIGGER CANS THAN 3OZ. The .30¢ price difference per oz between the pack of 24 5.1oz cans and 24 3oz cans isn't noticeable until you take into account two 3oz cans a day vs 1 5.1oz can means the amount needed to cover a month more than doubles!!

Formula T is the BOMB for Sammie

lizzyc

Our 11 year old kitty, Sammie, was recently diagnosed with Stage 3 kidney disease. One year ago, her numbers were perfect. This year, not, so her vet prescribed a kidney diet. The practice sells Royal Canin and they selected the T formula. Sammie loves it. The dry food is also a hit. Her vet recommended supplementing her food with Purina Pro Plan Hydra Care that Sammie LOVES. I am hoping after reading all of these reviews that Sammie will live a long and good life with RC foods.

Nothing for cats allergic to chicken

There’s so many pets allergic to chicken, and my KD cat can’t get any KD food because they’re all made cheap and with chicken. Excellent for us.

My picky cats LOVE it!

Burmese

When my vet let me know we needed to get my almost 12-year old on a diet to protect his kidneys, she prescribed this. I am thrilled that my cat (and his brother) LOVE THIS. There is something magical in Royal Canin that cats love the taste. My cat has less teeth now, and this also gives him something not hard but still chewy, plus there's plenty of gravy.

STINKS!!

HoneyButter

Our 16 yr old cat is in the beginning stages of renal failure, so our vet prescribed this along with the "F" dry cat food. We switched her from Purina Indoor and Fancy Feast. She finally eats the "F" flavor dry food, but she hardly eats the "T" tasty canned food. It actually smells like garbage! I don't understand how the vets who created this believe this food is tasty when it smells like something died. Cats go by smell, and my cat does not like the smell of this canned food. Please reconsider the formula, vets!

Success!

My 15 year old cat Fred was recently diagnosed with the beginning stages of kidney disease. He was very thin even though he ate a lot of food. I started him on this diet and within 6 weeks, he has put on weight and seems back to his old self. He is an extremely picky eater and he LOVES this (as does my other younger cat who does not have kidney problems and constantly tries to eat his brother's food!).

Bits and gravy

Biscuitkitty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our cat likes the bits and gravy. He prefers something he can chew and licks up the gravy first! We had tried a number of other cat foods, but he refused to eat most of them. When he had to go on a special diet, it was even more of a challenge! When we tried the Royal Canin he ate it all up! We also use the Renal Support D, Renal Support E, and all the Renal Support kibble. In fact we use the sample packs of the kibble for treats.
