Hello, I want to take my three and half month old puppy to a hike, we are planning to take him on a backpack and carry him all the way, I'm not sure if that is okay for us to do?

I am currently in Korea (visiting) when I found a dog I adopted (my intention was to adopt a small dog). I am returning to America next week. Shami will have to be in cargo for about 15 hours.
