Hi, I have a F1 Miniature Poodle and Bernese Mountain Dog Mix that I am picking up on Wednesday. The mother (Bernese) is 60 pounds and the father (mini poodle) is 15 pounds. Just brought my new 8 week old shihtzu home amd shes been sleeping all day. I want to know if I sould wake her up because i dont want her to sleep all day and stay up all night. Also she doesnt seem to like her crate, she wants to sleep next to me out of the crate. And she doesnt like the treats i bought so i dont know what to use to get her to like her crate. Or can I just let her sleep in the bed with me?

We bought my dog a new dog bed that’s supposed to help with his anxiety. The first night he loved it - we couldn’t get him out of it! Since that first night, he doesn’t like to sit on it anymore. He just humps it and licks it. We can put him directly in it and force him to sit, but he won’t stay long and looks uncomfortable. Should I take the bed away? Why won’t he lag on it anymore?
