Damages or malfunctions from other than normal use, including, but not limited to, repair or tampering by unauthorized parties. Damages from pets or the pet's people after the product has left the facility.

Best product we’ve ever bought for our “boys”. We’ve had this stroller now for about 4 years. The tires take air, unlike some that are hard plastic. We have put our two schnauzers in the stroller and taken them into crowded streets, into restaurants without anyone complaining and they like to sit in it when we came and are hanging around in the evening. They feel safe inside their stroller. Love the fact it is big enough that they can stretch out and we can still put our sweaters inside if we get warm when out and about. Pockets are perfect for water bottles, for leashes and for doggy bags. Best money spent.
