I have a pitbull/bulldog mix that stays outside who is allergic to cedar bedding and pine is there a hypoallergenic bedding for outside animals?
Hank is a 13 year old doggie. He has issues with walking in bare floors, and due to this, has set up camp in the hallway. I have been giving him CBD oil so it might help some of his anxiety. Am I doing the right thing?
I bought Duke a nice new dog bed. He likes it but pees on it daily. I’m assuming to mark it as his. It has a removable waterproof cover so I can just wash it. But washing it daily isn’t always an option. Other than just washing it daily is there anything I can do?

Hello, I have a 7 year old black lab. He's a big boy who gets very hot in warm weather so likes to lie on the coolest surface he can find which is always hard. Consequently, he has callouses on his elbows but they have become a lot bigger this year and one of them looks sore. I just wondered what Ii could do to alleviate this problem. Hello, I am wondering if this is just allergies, but it is out of character for my dog. She is a beagle, 10 years old - 25lbs. I noticed recently (and has been progressively getting worse) her itching, licking, and shaking her head a lot. Also, she has an increased water intake. Her ear has developed a round red rash. She pants and feels warm from working herself up and being stressed with all the licking and itching. I have given her a 1/2 Benadryl and it didn't seem to provide much relief.
Eats core wellness grain free ocean formula because of unknown allergy (licks her paws all the time). Finished a 26 lbs bag already but zero difference. Also taking vetriscience derma strength for few months now. Prefer supplements (chews) that med (Benadryl). There's lawsuit (July 2017) against wellness food (arsenic & lead), should I switch to other brand?if so, which one please? Thanks.
So I took in a stray that is at least five years old and has rather obviously had it rough. I am keeping him segregated and also set up a cat condo for him in said room, which he tends to stay in, sleeping (the condo, I mean). I bought him this nice, plush self warming bed that he is absolutely rejecting. Seriously, he'd rather sleep on bare floor than this bed. But he'll rub on it and lean against it to sleep. Why does my guy hate his bed? *note, I have provided him with soft blankets he loves.
Hello, I am in desperate need of some help for my pug puppy. She is not understanding potty training at all. We go out and reward her when she goes outside, but there are days she's out there for thirty minutes and still won't go, but the second we come inside, she will on the carpet or on my bed. It's getting to the point that we are washing the sheets almost everyday. We've used deterrent and have been bopping her butt a little (not hard, just enoug) but when she does, but nothing is helping
Hi, my 23kg dog tore into a package of regular (ie not sinus) Benadryl and ate three 25mg tablets. Wondering if this is an emergency, or he'll simply be knocked out cold tonight (but fine again in the morning)
My son has a Great Dane 3-4 yrs old. She had chewed up her blanket that was in her bed, swallowing ALOT! She started throwing up tonight refused to eat, or drink. But is very weak also. He is giving her Pedialyte, but she is also throwing it up. Hes waiting on vet to open at 7 am. There's no vet within many miles of his army base that is open at night. Her abdomen isn't bloated. But she has threw up a large amount of strings from the blanket (ALOT)!!! CAN YOU GIVE ME ANY INFORMATION?
So my dog keeps peeing in her kennel. I have started making more frequent potty breaks and that has helped some. But she still has accidents about twice a week. So I have thought about getting her a smaller kennel. She is in a 42’’ wire kennel. She can lay in a ball in the corner of it and not take up much room. She is too tall for a smaller kennel. What should I do? Also she had had all her bloodwork done and nothing is wrong. She is 30’’ tall and 30’’ long.
