Make sure the flex hose is connected to the output side of the pump. Always keep the pump fully submersed otherwise the pump will heat up and stop operating. This will also void the warranty. Periodically clean the fountain and service the pump to clean any stuck debris.
Keep away from Children. Always use GFCI protected switch. Never remove heater while it is on.

My male betta fish has been in its 3 gallon tank for close to a month, today it was at bottom of the tank and is very slow. There is white fuzz behind its fins and at end of tail. Tail looks split too. There is a snail in the tanks as well and a small live plant. The temperature is around 78 degrees Fahrenheit. There are also rocks in the tank, a filter, moss ball, and air being pumped into the tank. I feed it betta flakes. We also put cucumbers in the tank for the snail at times. Please help.
