I'm so disappointed in this product! The "kernels" never popped even though the bag was burned. I want a refund!!!

I had no problems with this product. I started with 40 seconds and watched the bag in the microwave and increase the time by 6 seconds for 2 times. The bag inflated and when it looked full I took it out. My baby loves this. I did not feed her the whole bag, maybe 1/3. Now I will wait and see if she has any bad side effects.

Different directions on website than on package. Did not come out as advertised. Website (not package) says they do not make a popping noise, as how do you know when they are done without scorching them? I purchased (3) 2 packs and will be retuning all.
