So my dog keeps peeing in her kennel. I have started making more frequent potty breaks and that has helped some. But she still has accidents about twice a week. So I have thought about getting her a smaller kennel. She is in a 42’’ wire kennel. She can lay in a ball in the corner of it and not take up much room. She is too tall for a smaller kennel. What should I do? Also she had had all her bloodwork done and nothing is wrong. She is 30’’ tall and 30’’ long.

Hello, I have a 7 year old black lab. He's a big boy who gets very hot in warm weather so likes to lie on the coolest surface he can find which is always hard. Consequently, he has callouses on his elbows but they have become a lot bigger this year and one of them looks sore. I just wondered what Ii could do to alleviate this problem. I got a wooden house for the dog, i will put warm blankets on the inside, and her pillow/bed on the inside. The door is plastic three stripes. Can I leave her to sleep and stay at the balcony at night or during the day ? temperature goes down to -5 celsius
14.5 yr old lab healthy except for osteoarthritis. had erlychiosis 3X, 2X hospitalized, in 2015. pretty stiff walking,does not do stairs, have to lift her to car. on glucosamine/chroin for 5 years, rimadyl 100mg for 3. big problems laying down, circles several times, sometimes aborts her lay down and walks away, or gets halfway down and falls the rest. laying down harder than getting up. good appetite, bowel and kidneys fine. what to do? change NSAID? add tramadol? what is best supplement?
Jack has been diagnosed with arthritis in his leg.he sleeps outside on wood in a dog run (concrete run with brick shelter with 2 wooden ledges for them to sleep on)I was wondering is there anything (cod liver oil ect) that would reduce the severity/risk of a flare up.He is getting 4 steroid injections over the next 3 weeks.Also would swimming on the beach help.Any more suggestions would be appreciated.would dog food in jelly help.They are just getting basic MADRA dog food at the moment ?

My dog is a 9 month old german shepherd husky mix. She still will not settle down in the house unless she is sitting on a chair, bed, couch. Otherwise she is on the go constantly. I walk her at least 2 miles daily and take her to the dog park about 3 times weekly. We also have a fenced in yard that she spends at least half of her day in.
