Products are guaranteed against defects, material and workmanship and must be returned within 30 days of receipt provided. Products cannot be used and have to be sent in original packaging.

To ensure years of satisfaction, performance and comfort, please follow these simple care instructions: Wash your pet bed at least once a month following the care instructions on the label. Larger beds with non-removable covers may have to be washed in a commercial machine. Please note: A pet who has not previously used a bed or throw may need a few weeks to get used to the texture of the fabric and shifting of the fill.
