I want to crate train my 1 year old dog. I bought a "medium" crate for her , shes 25 lbs - aussie/dashund mix so shes kind of long shaped. The measurments on the box are for a dog even taller/wider than mine... but the crate doesnt really seem big enough for her to turn around in (unless she kind of squirmed up into a circle). Do you think I need to buy a larger crate? Why does the size on the box say its good for the dog's size.. / ?

I've moved and to get my cat acclimated I've decided I'm going to crate him while we are working. The crate i have is 42"x28"x30", with a dual level. Will this be enough space for my cat? He is 14y/o, and will be crated for 6-8 hours 5 days a week for a few weeks, until he gets used to the area. Of course he'll be inside the house, and let out in the evenings and sometimes for a bit on lunchtime.

we have a 20 pound rat terrier mix in excellent health, not overweight. She is 11 yrs old and we were trying to fin d a carrier like a backpack to put her in for our long walks, when she gets tired. There are so many to choose from. I like the ones that we strap on the front of the human, and her legs stick out at the top and bottom just like a real baby. However I am concerned that the position might put too much pressure on her back end. What can you recommend?
35 lb dog ate mariguana chocolate edible, 5-15 gm THC, about the size of a 1/4 of a Hershey bar. Windstorm w/no electricity can’t get to an emergency clinic. Invested at about 5pm, still can’t get up, with waves of irrational heavy breathing. It’s really worrying me, anything I can do in the meantime? It was in a sealed air tight aluminum bag, put in my purse and managed to find it. Help Please??!
