Lovely comfy bed that my pup loves. This is our second one. The first she chewed up being a baby at the tie. The second one had an issue with the zipper that split mid center. Customer service was good on this. I have been able to replace the zipper but it took a great deal of work and some funds but I think based upon my first one, my dog became very attached to it.

we really like the look of the bed and our dog seems to like the softness of the bedding material, we've purchased it several times before - the bedding material does wear off over time but that may be fairly reasonable over two years - it may not stand up as well as we'd like to periodic washings

The beds are great andy boys love them, their favorite place to sleep. However, sending me a survey before they even shipped or received is a little much.
