The Anglerfish have very unique behaviors and appearances. They are most commonly known for being ambush predators. They are usually found by themselves, hidden superbly well and when the prey swims close enough, they are engulfed in the angler's huge mouth. The Black Angler will grow to be about one foot in size and do not need a ton of room to roam as they live a very sedentary lifestyle. They eat large meals and produce a correlated amount of waste, which can be a challenge to deal with in the filtration of smaller aquariums. To make this angler feel at home make sure the rockwork has ample hiding places and is sturdy. For continued health provide a varied diet of meaty foods, a big meal, a couple times a week is plenty. Their colorations can change based on their surroundings since they prefer to blend in. The Black Angler are found in the Indo-Pacific and Eastern Pacific up to 70 meters deep. Adults and juveniles can be found in lagoons and seaward reefs.

ACCLIMATION: Avoid exposing new aquatic life to bright lights after opening the box. Turn off aquarium lights prior to floating aquatic life. Allow the sealed bag with your new fish to float in your aquarium for at least 15 minutes (but no longer than one hour) to ensure the water in the bag matches the temperature in your aquarium. A bacteria booster addition can assist with the addition of new aquatic life. Petco offers free water testing in store to determine if your water is safe for the addition of new aquatic life. DIET: A well-balanced diet consists of a variety of flakes, pellets, freeze-dried and frozen foods, depending on the species. FEEDING: Feed sparingly and no more than fish can eat in 1-2 minutes. Overfeeding can quickly foul the water, especially in smaller aquariums.

What type of saltwater fish can I have in a 10 gallon tank
I have an angelfish and a red tail shark in a 15 gallon tank for about 4 days and they get along great. The angel fish has been almost swimming kind of lazy like almost floating and then will swim when off balance. And belly kinda looks swollen as well as eyes. And my red tail shark seems to have a gray patch on it's side and not swimming as active as he was. Either hides in the back of tank or in a house for hours.
We recently bought a Betta from a chain store pet shop. He is currently in a 10 gallon tank with a heater. He’s been eating and swimming around, acting fine. The first day we had him I noticed this bump. (Didn’t notice in the petstore but hard to see in those cups they keep them in) Here’s a side shot. Looks like one tiny fluid filled bump, size of a scale. Any ideas?
It is an Singaporean turtle
Hi, I bought 6 platy fish and a black corydora catfish about 2 weeks ago, all seem in good health bright colours and swimming round as normal they are in a 48l tank which the pet store said was a big enough tank for them all, but one of them seems to be loosing his scales or I’m afraid he may have itch but it dosent look like it I hope you can help, thanks.
