My cat has finally given her seal of approval for Applaws Oceanfish Mousse. She is a 13yo cat who has become a pickier eater, as well as having digestive issues. I have been on the search for finding food that she likes after the vet recommended that she eat more wet food. My cat has tried many different types/brands of wet food and this is the only one that she will gobble down. I'm happy now.

My cats are older (11yrs and 13yrs old) and have developed some food allergies/digestive intolerances. I've been testing out different brands to see which ones they will eat and hold down. Any cat owner knows, getting their cat to eat is a major chore - texture, taste, flavor, nutrition, allergies, smell, time of day, day of the week, weather, etc, etc. :-) The Applaws Mousse brand fits all of their and my requirements. The limited ingredient Mousse offers even more selective nutritional offerings for their sensitive stomachs and it comes in flavors that they like. I'm very happy to have found this brand at my local Petco stores.

I give it 5 stars in the name of my cat who dances all the way to her evening feeding because she knows this will be in her bowl. She eats the entire 1/2 can in one sitting which she never does with her morning wet food. I give it 4 stars, because it is not a complete food with added vitamins or minerals, and it does contain carrageenan, but my cat would be annoyed with me if I gave it less than four.

My cats are extremely picky eaters. It’s all about texture for them. They love the applaws mousse. I just wish they came in a larger size.

The Applaws mousse is our cat's FAVORITE food! He will eat other cat food (both wet and dry), but when we offer him the Applaws mousse he gobbles it up and meows for more.
