Liberally, with a filtered aquarium, I think leaving the tank to dechlorinate for 20-30 minutes should be enough; erring on the side of caution, you could give the tank an hour before safely adding fish. Gently mixing the treatment into the water will speed up the process but, of course, do not do this once the fish are added.
