To fit your protector in your car/truck follow these simple steps: Take your protector out of the plastic bag and lay out flat and identify the side with the non-slip back (white or grey). Place the non-slip back side on your seat and insert the seat wedges (handles, or foam covered pieces) in between your seat and seat back. Place the adjustable headrest straps over your car's headrests and tighten the straps. Affix the elastic hooks at the end of the cover to the underside or side of your car's back seat

I have 4 small dogs, are there openings for 4 tethers?
Is the cushion removable for ease of washing?
- I really like this cover, but I have never washed it. Our dog is small, so she has the entire back seat where we throw a fleece blanket on the seat and her dog bed on one side. We also use a tether secured to the middle seat with a harness for her safety, The cover would be easy to remove, and I assume you could wash it. It is large and I would probably want to wash on a comforter setting, if you are thinking using a washing machine. It is a nylon material and easy to vacuum. I never thought of throwing it in the wash because there are hooks at the bottom to hold the cover in place down around the edge of the seat, along with some hard rubber handle type securing parts that push in between where the seat back meets the cushion on both sides to secure the cover to the back and bottom. It also has a non-slip rubber backing to adhere to your car seats better. My dog doesn't shed and her paws have never been so dirty as to require more than wiping or vacuuming, and she's in the car daily, includung our drive to parks for her walks. If I had to, I might try to wash the cover, but probably would hand wash and rinse. It's been in our Honda Odyssey for about 6 months and I haven't had to remove it. We live in southern NV where it's dry, though. If you live in a wet or snowy area, you might check with the manufacturer about washing very often. (I'm sorry for the long answer.)

Will this fit the backseat of my 2015 Toyota RAV 4?

My puppy is 55 lbs. at 4 1/2 months old and is approximately 25 in. to shoulder. My vet said at 6 mo. he should have his stomach tacked. He's also 1/2 Great Dane. Second opinion?
Can you recommend a good, supportive harness for a 3 legged dog? My 14 year old border collie lost her back left leg after being hit by a truck. She still has a lot of energy and loves to go for walks but she gets tired easily. Do they have harnesses with handles to help hold her up?
Is there an ear protector for a dog that has had ear surgery besides an e-collar. If not, are there e-collars that fasten with velcro instead of the plastic slots which are very difficult to fasten.?

We're pretty sure our male German Shepherd has a hygroma on his left elbow (We have laminate flooring). This site doesn't recommend draining it. We are enroute to purchase a dog bed now.
My dog is old now and has hip issues that require we help her up. I'm looking into harnesses to make both our lives easier but am not sure which style would be more comfortable and less damaging. I can only get a few styles in my country (attaching pics) and they all look painful to me. Which of these would be best? Or would any or none be a good choice? Would one wrapping around her legs be better than one wrapping around her belly? Thanks!

my 17 yr. old 5 # Pomeranian (neutered male) has to wear a male wrap, due to frequent wetting in the house... but can wriggle out of it...I found the Vet's Best Perfect Fit ...which sounds like it would work well, but I need a liner that is really absorbent to put in it... What would you suggest? (that's affordable)?
14 plus year old female dog about 40 lbs is losing muscle in hind legs and having increasing difficulty standing and walking although she still can. I notice amazon sells rear led braces. Should we try those? Or is there something else you recommend. She takes gabapentin and canna-pet for pain.

What can you do for a dog that can not use his back legs
Thank you for the quick response on my concern for my 3 legged pit Trio. He's been used to his leg being gone for years to a car accident with old family. Nobody else would adopt this precious dog. My concern was with his weight and age on his remaining back leg. Some days he seems a bit slower and likes that hip massaged. I just want to b sure to keep remaining leg pain free in his old age and give him loving home. He has level ground and big yard i just put electric fence in.
