My cocker spaniel has awful issues with allergies. When she gets a flare up it starts in her ear and then becomes systemic through her sticking her paws in her ears and then licking her paws. We are now dealing with a yeast infection of her skin. Currently using malacetic shampoo to bathe her, but that doesn't seem to deter the growth. She has licked herself raw in areas. Last night we bought a hot spot foam and a collar to deter licking. Any suggestions on other treatments for the yeast?

He has had what I thought was hyperkeratosis since he was probably 7 months. He was eating Victor dog food and I switched him to Pro Plan sensitive salmon hoping if his issue was from food but after several weeks on pro plan there has been no change. I got an embark test done and it said his hyperkeratosis isnt genetic. What can i do for his paws? They are horribly cracked and you can see the little "hairs", however he doesnt have the yellow look some hyperkeratosis paws get.

Hello, my 12 year old (not overweight) cat has been gradually getting a little gimpy in her front paws. She doesn't mind if I touch them, but her jumping looks uncomfortable and she sometimes shakes one of her paws. I always assumed she is just getting old and creaky like me, but if there's anything I can do to help her manage discomfort, I'd like to. Thank you
