This is a good general eye wash: ( http://www.allivet.com/p-8131-vetericyn-plus-eye-wash-3-oz.aspx ) For tear staining I recommend Angel Eyes products. They seem to work the best. ( https://angelseyesonline.com/products/ ) Hope this helps. Great question!

Look for "sterile saline". It is usually used for rinsing soft contact lenses. An example can be seen at the link below. https://www.target.com/p/bausch-lomb-sensitive-eyes-plus-saline-solution-2pk-24-fl-oz/-/A-11285739

Tito is a cute little guy! You can’t really pick at that or rub at it at all. You can use a plain, saline eye wash to flush that out as best you can. However, this amount of a film is a sign that your dog’s dry eye is not controlled. I would increase your eye lube to three times daily and use a brand like Genteal Gel Severe (or generic equivelent). Having your dog’s tear production rechecked would be a good idea. There are a few different options like Cyclosporine or Tacrolimus and some work better for different dogs.

This can be used to clean Toodie's eyes temporarily. Ideally, she should be examined by your veterinarian or a veterinary ophthalmologist to diagnose the underlying cause of the weeping. This can be infection, injury, obstructed tear ducts or little hairs rubbing against her corneas.

Thanks for using Boop by Petco! You may use an eye flush which you may get over the counter at your local pharmacy. However, if no improvement is seen and this continues, Spade should be evaluated by your veterinarian as this can be due to a corneal ulcer, corneal laceration or dry eye (KCS). Good luck and have a good night!
