Hi I’m new to pets and I was very interested in getting a cat. I’ve researched a bit on breeds and I know which breed I like but I’m confused because some tpsay they are expensive but I’ve found some that are very cheap adoption, is this cause for concern because it doesn’t make sense to me.

My boyfriend and I are moving in together but we both have cats. I have two (females, about 7) and he has one (tigger, who is female and 15). I have three medium sized cichlids, Aswad, Asfar, and Jameela and two budgies, Sky and Coco. We have to go on a holiday. It may take 2-3 months. Should we give them to our friends? But they don't know a lot about the pets though we could teach them. Another option is to take them with us but the journey is long. It takes about 12 hours altogether. We could also leave them with the pet shops from which we bought them. What do you suggest we should do?
