Well my dog die from eating a slice of supreme pizza with onion

So what you suggest stick with wholehearted & mix with science diet wet food or changed the food to science diet.

My dog got into my dominos supreme pizza and ate about 5 and a half slices, should I be worried? There was onion on the pizza

We took puppy to training and they tried switching her fully from loyall to the honest kitchen and she was pooping a lot. So they went back to loyall. We just picked her up from training.
