I am happy to read he is behaving normally. Continue to monitor his behavior for symptoms of illness. Lovebirds can eat a variety of seeds, fruit and vegetables. These include banana, apple, pear, grapes, squash, cooked pasta, potato and corn. Limit fruit as it can lead to loose stool. A commercial pelleted diet should be fed and supplemented with a fortified seed mix. Stay away from mushrooms, chocolate, avocado, fresh/raw tomato and diets based solely on seeds.

If your lovebirds are having diarrhea a good first step is to remove any extras such as treats, fruits, and veggies for a few days as these can cause diarrhea in some birds. Making sure they are on a lovebird diet. If you suspect a parasite such as mites most pet stores carry a commercial mite spray that can be used on birds to treat mites. Placing an Elizabethan (cone) collar on Sky is also a good idea to keep her from picking at the spot while it heals (Google has tutorials on how to make bird-sized ones at home) If the problem persists, it would be good to have her examined by a vet. Millet spray makes a great addition to Cheeko's diet, but the main food in the cage should be a good quality seed mix for cockatiels/parakeets. This will contain many different types of seed in a balance to provide appropriate nutrition. I would have this and clean water available at all times. Small pieces of fruit can also be used as treats, and cuttlefish can make good toys to help with calcium balance.

My love bird has a raw spot on his back he keeps picking at and its really painful how can I get him not to pick it anymore? And is there anything I can put on it thank you
Feather picking is common in birds and is usually related to behavioral issues like stress and Boredom. I recommend trying to increase the amount of toys and interactions through the day. Also keep in a low stress area of the house. If that does not help I would recommend taking him to a veterinarian for medications to try and stop the behavior.
