It can be frustrating when your cat or dog participates in destructive scratching. It may be their natural instinct, but finding shreds on your furniture or claw marks on your doors and walls can test your patience. Even when you keep their nails clipped and practice their training cues, sometimes it’s not enough. Luckily, there are Soft Claws. /p>
Soft Claws nail caps are vinyl covers that slip smoothly over your pet’s natural claw. The soft material is comfortable for your pet—they may not even notice that they’re on—but saves your home and décor from claw marks and scuffs.
You simply trim down the narrow tip of your pet’s nail—make sure you don’t cut them too short. Then you choose a size that covers the entire nail without overlapping at the base. You can trim the opening of the Soft Claw if needed. Place the adhesive nozzle in the Soft Claw and fill ⅓ of the way up with the adhesive. Then you slide the nail cap into place.
Hold your pet for 5 minutes to let the adhesive set, and you’re done. Make sure you read the instructions carefully before use.
Soft Claws kitten nail caps are great for kittens who are still learning their training cues or super scratchy felines. They’re also a great way to protect your legs and clothing when your cat gets comfortable in your lap.
Soft Claws are designed to be temporary and do fall off with natural nail growth. However, the Cleat Lock system helps the nail cap adhesive stick firmly to the nail surface, making them long-lasting and durable through everyday activity. You can expect your Soft Claws to last approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
Yes. They are from the same manufacturer. Soft Claws are sold publicly, and Soft Paws are sold through veterinarians. It’s important to consult your veterinarian before trying any new product with your pet to make sure it’s right for them. There are Soft Claws nail caps for cats and dogs, and they come in a variety of sizes.

I purchased the soft claws from your store but the glue was dried up. What is the glue and could I just use crazy glue?
I’ve noticed that one of my cats dew claws is much thicker than his other claws. It is also yellow in color. He walks just fine without any pain. We also regularly trim our cats nails since they are indoors. About every other week. I’ve read online that thicker claws can be common for older cats, but he is only three. Should I be worried about this?
Hello there! My dog has been chewing from time to time the claws on her back foot. Upon close inspectation I noticed that her claws were long and pointed. It's seems that we may have forgot to groom that foot. Could this be the reason for chewing?
Dog's front left paw is swollen and the dew claws quick is discolored. The Dee claws appears to be pushed in further than the other one. This just happened yesterday, when she jumped up to be petted. She is 55-60 pounds and 3 years old.
My puppy got his dew claws removed last Thursday and we are seeing blood now
Can rear floppy dew claws be removed with a local anesthetic rather than full blown surgery?
I have been reading your tip on how to get your dog to have their claws cut without any problems. Part of the advice is to let your dog get used to the buzzing of the clippers on the dogs paw. I've never seen any clippers that buzz when cutting the claws as the only ones that buzz are for cutting the fur. As far as I know the nail cutting is done with something like scissors that has a part you can use to make sure you don't cut them too close to the quick of the claws.
Can you remove front claws while cat is being spayed/ I would pay this. How much is it?
Can a class claws grow back once declared cause I keep hearing scratching when she goes to scratch
Hi! My cat broke one of his claws on his right posterior leg yesterday. Unfortunately, the claws is still attached to his paw but I was unable to detach it and it's pointing sideways. The root of the claw is exposed and swolen, and there was moderate bleeding when I found out about it. What do you suggest doing? Thank you.
Sivko likes to climb up people's pants/legs and he uses his claws to the highest degree. How do I teach him not to?
I want to start by saying I love my kitten so much. She uses her claws for everything, even when she's just jumping off of my chest or something. We've tried trimming her claws, but she's fights and it's hard to clip them because she moves so much. I'm not keen on declawing and don't want to re-home her, but we have a baby coming in January and want to ensure our baby is safe from scratches. Any advice on what we can do? She is strictly an indoor cat.
