You can offer your kid good quality hay at lib and grass. DO not give your kid any other foods (besides the milk replacer, hay and grass. you can also give goat starter. Stick to the instructions on the feed bag. If you think your kid is suffering from lice you can dust it with sulfur powder or use an insecticide such as this: https://www.drugs.com/vet/cylence-pour-on-insecticide.html

Hello! Lots of animals can benefit from supplements like glucosamine. Your local feed store should be able to point you in the right direction for brands and types available for livestock. Wraps are unlikely to help Bella. If wraps are applied wrongly or too tight you can actually cause more harm than good so I wouldn't recommend it. Keeping her warm in cold weather (like a barn) and lots of straw for padding will also help to keep her warm and comrortable

Hello. How long ago did the goat get into the feed? If it has been a couple of days & he is improving, then he should be fine. Just make sure you lock up the feed where it cannot be reached again. Thanks for using Boop by Petco.

Hello, thank you for using Boop by Petco. This is an emergency and you need to have a veterinarian present to help you. If you have tried pulling with no luck, then the vet may need to do a fetotomy. I don't recommend you do much else on your own as you may rupture the uterus and/or cause serious damage to the doe. You must understand that not all things can be fixed at home yourself. A fetotomy entails the vet dismembering the kid inside the uterus (a delicate procedure as to not damage the uterus) because it can be removed easier in pieces. I know this sounds gruesome but sometimes it is the only way to correct the problem. The vet of course will evaluate the situation thoroughly before doing this procedure to see if anything else can be done before resorting to this. Also, the doe may have uterine inertia now because she has been in labor too long. This is where the uterus just stops contracting and it is usually due to fatigue and decreased electrolytes and calcium. Th
