How do I get my puppy to go potty outside and not in the house like knows how to tell me has to go potty and wants to go potty outside because there is times that he does it but then there are a lot of times that he just chooses to go potty inside instead of telling me he needs to go out why does he do this and how do I get him to go potty outside every time?

My puppy Jesse is struggling to learn that going potty inside the house is bad. I’ve tried taking him out every time he tries to go, but once he is out there he won’t go. I'm still working on potty training her but it seems like its taking forever for her den instinct to come in...she will go outside to potty and usually.won't go in the house unless I'm preoccupied with my children and not paying attention but still goes in her crate...what can I do to stop this or help develop her den instinct?

I take him out to go potty he goes pee and poop and we bring him back inside and he pees on furniture and poops on the floor after we already took him potty. It’s a constant thing

I just got a new puppy yesterday and it won’t eat it’s old hard food or it’s new hard food and it won’t go potty.
