I suggest you apply this wound spray 3-4 times per day. If that doesn't help within a few days then he needs to see a vet. Also, monitor him closely to be sure he is urinating OK. It almost looks like urine scald like he has been laying in urine. It does not look like ant bites. ( https://www.allivet.com/p-8649-vetericyn-plus-livestock-utility-spray-16-oz.aspx )

A small amount of baby shampoo should be fine for a one time cleaning of your guinea pig. The water should be warm but not hot, like it would be for bathing a baby. You want to be sure that your guinea pig is dried thoroughly after the bath and is in an area that is not drafty as the big risk with bathing can be getting chilled afterwards when they are wet.

Bathing guinea pigs regularly is not recommended. If you "need" to bathe him, use a mild shampoo approved for small animals and be sure to dry him thoroughly afterwards. A pet wipe or plain, unscented baby wipe can be used to clean feet, bottom or ears as needed. The problem with feeding Jackjack fruit as a source of vitamin C is that they are high in sugar and may cause diarrhea or predispose him to obesity. Peppers, broccoli, cauliflower and peas are vegetables that are high in Vitamin C. He can get these several times a week. For convenience though, most pet parents use Vitamin C drops. He could adjust to another guinea pig, but you would need to introduce them to one another gradually and provide a much larger cage. Typically, male siblings can be raised and housed together with very little squabbling. An unrelated male may result in bullying or aggression and injury.

There are many guinea pigs that will urinate (pee) and defecate (poop) where they sleep. I didn't see that you mentioned if there was a particular part of the cage that he goes to the bathroom in (such as inside his hide house, or near his hay pile, etc.) - if there is a common area that seems to be the problem, you can try keeping it clean in those areas to try to help Churchill keep himself cleaner. There are also some guinea pigs that don't keep themselves very clean with grooming on their own - as you mentioned, it can be stressful sometimes for them to get bathed, and starting with a wet cloth is a great idea. Make sure it is soft, does not have any threads or holes that will catch his feet or nails, and that the water is warm (but not too hot). Lastly, if you notice any changes in eating or drinking behaviors, or excessive urination or abnormal colors to the urine, I would recommend taking Churchill into a veterinarian, as guinea pigs can get urinary stones that can make them p

Frontline, Advantage, and Advantix for dogs are safe for pigs if you follow the weigh dosing. You can get them at your vet's clinic, and I would ask the staff for help with getting the correct dose for Sampson.
