Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! Inappropriate urination is hard. It is best to rule out medical causes first (bladder stones, crystals in the urine, urinary tract infection) before assuming it is behavioral. I would confine the cats in a room for 1-2 weeks where they can not see the outdoor cats. Use a Feliway diffuser in the room and set one up where they were marking. Get blinds or keep the blinds down so they can not see the cats. You can try to talk to your neighbor but I doubt they will keep them inside. Cleaned the soiled areas with an enzymatic cleaner like Nature's Miracle and Anti-Ichy Poo. Then let the cats back out. If they continue to mark then I would ask your Vet for Prozac. Good luck! https://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/prod_display.cfm?pcatid=37240

Thanks for using Boop by Petco. This appears to be one of the better ones I’ve seen. Other than the last ingredient (dye- probably in minuscule amounts since its last on the list), this product appears to be made entirely from plant extracts and I would indeed call it “natural”.

Hi there and thanks for posting on Boop by Petco! I would recommend a product called For-Bid which is a supplement you sprinkle on Mazee's food to help deter her from consuming her own fecal material. It is available at your local pet supply store or your local veterinarian may carry the product as well. I hope this helps!

Yes it should be safe to use. I don't know how well it will work though. I think you should try some Feliway diffusers and get a second litter box with a different type of litter to put in a different location. He may not like the one you are currently using. Also, if he is not neutered, having that done will often stop urine marking. https://www.amazon.co.jp/s?k=feliway&__mk_ja_JP=%E3%82%AB%E3%82%BF%E3%82%AB%E3%83%8A&ref=nb_sb_noss_1

I'm not as familiar with the Oxyfresh brand. The Oratene products are amazing and they have a brushless gel as well. ( https://www.allivet.com/p-5484-oratene-veterinarian-antiseptic-oral-gel-1-oz.aspx ) Glad you are getting the other products. Hope they help!
