Pentoxifylline ER Tablets Prescription Shampoo for Dogs

My dog Jellie age 9 has SLO that attack’s her nails. She takes tramadol for pain. On 10/11/18 she had two teeth pulled and some warts removed. She started metacam on 10/12/18 one time a day in the morning. She’s also on doxycycline And pentoxifylline for the SLO. Is it ok to give her the tramadol while she’s on the metacam?

My maltipoo received his Rabies vaccine last November and has recently developed a patch of alopecia at the injection site. Do you feel it would help to give pentoxifylline in order to try to get fur to grow back? I know that it can be permanent, but I feel that I should try to do something to encourage hair growth. My dog was prescribed with prednisone tablets and griseofulvin tablets last Friday for itchy skin. Can I just stop giving her the medicines or should I slowly wean off the meds? If slowly wean off, how do I do it for both the tablets? My dog was given 10 prednisone tablets, each 5mg for twice a day and 10 griseofulvin tablets, each 125mg for once a day. It has been 5 days now since my dog ate her medicines and has been very weak, tired and thirsty since then. Is that a problem to be afraid of?

My dog Romeo got his anal glands expressed yesterday afternoon and also the vet tech shaved around the area. He was uncomfortable all evening scooting and kept sitting down and getting up. It looked pretty red last night so took him to ER who said it’s just a razor burn.. It looks like it’s improving to me. Would the ER vet be able to diagnose a anal gland abscess if there was one? It was my first time with this ER vet.He’s still little uncomfortable. Anything I can do? Like compresses? Thanks!
