Dr. Hinson, here’s the picture. This was the best I could get because she wouldn’t stop squirming. Is looks all dirty, is this normal? Should I clean her with wipes perhaps?

My tabby has eye drainage and ear wax, is the anything that I should or can do to eliminate her issues? She was purchased from Petsmart with proof of vet treatment, shots, immunizations, etc. I'm including a pic to show the extent of her issues.
