Onsior

Hello, Jack is currently on Clopidogrel 75mg and takes a quarter of a pill per day. We’ve had a lot of rain lately that’s slowed him down more than usual and I have Onsior 6mg I can give him. I wanted to make sure it was ok to give him the Onsior while on the blood thinner? Thank you!

My cat has been limping for 3 days and this morning at 11:40 AM we took him to the vet and he got an onsior injection. He ate about a half can of wet catfood beforehand, and afterwards he had a little more but walked away before finishing it. He's been more lethargic than usual and is still limping. He vomitted pink liquid that looked like pepto bismol and seemed a bit disoriented at about 12:30 AM, an hour ago. What has happened, what is happening, has the onsior hurt him, and what should we do

My cat was prescribed onsior. I realized that I gave him his medicine this morning with his other 12 hour instead of waiting till tonight. Will he be okay. Do I need to be looking for anything since I have given him the medication 12 hours early

Is it ok to visit another vet for a 2nd opinion? My Baileys third eyelids have been showing for a little over a week now. Took him to my vet who checked for scratches n took his temp which was a tad over normal. She gave him a convenia shot, gave me some onsior pills and that was it. Been 3 days n no change. Would another vet refuse to look at him if its known he goes somewhere else? Or would my vet patient relationship be tarnished. Dont want to hurt feelings just want to help my cat. Thank u

Jack seems a little more lethargic lately, and while I know he’s bound to be getting slower due to age, how would I know if something was going on? He’s eating and drinking fine, no bathroom issues that I can tell, and he takes half of a 5mg of Methimazole a day for his thyroid. We’ve had a lot of rain lately, and I wondered if that could be aggravating any arthritis he may have? And if so, could I give him a 6mg Onsior?

Hello, I had Kovu neutered 3 days ago and had a couple questions. I gave him his last dose of pain medicine today (Onsior) and he seems a little sore but not in a lot of pain. I’m wondering if he will need more after today? I was given enough to get him through today and he seems fine, but I don’t want him to be miserable tomorrow. My second question is how likely will the neuter stop him from spraying? He hasn’t done it since surgery but I don’t know if he just doesn’t feel good. Thank you!

Been sending updates n questions about my 11 mnth old bailey so real quick history, he had 3rd eyelids show about 2 weeks ago, my vet gave him a convenia vac, and onsior tabs, he also had 103 fever. Saw no change after a few days so went to another vet who gave him a steroid shot and said give 48 hours. Im concerned about him having a fever for this long n calling my vet today had a tech get nasty with me and say 103 is nothing n he can wait a week to be seen. Aware 103 is low grade. Thoughts?

are there Vets anywhere that understand animals get sick and their owners have their money invested in bills for their home and food, where as one can actually pay out a vet cause of no insurance for older cats. Don't vets take an oath to save a life or do they take an oath that money only matters not animals first.

My 5 week old sharpei x terrier puppy was attacked by her grandmother her eyeball was hanging out and the vet said he won't give her emergency surgery till the morning they will refer me to the pdsa but I already owe the pdsa £150 and they won't do surgery till I pay I'm in tears right now how can I get her treatment her eyeball is hanging from the socket she's on pain med right now I don't want her to die I love her so much I don't have the money right now to pay the pdsa

cat had a stroke 2 weeks ago. she is not eating again or going to the bathroom. force feeding is traumatic and the pill for appetite stimulant isn't working. she needs 24/7 care that we can not provide for her to recover. we don't want to put her down either. should we insist that our vet take care of our cat until she well?
