What us a good vitamin for my dog immune system and joints
Dasuquin with MSM or Cosequin DS (both by Nutromax Labs) are my personal preferences. Pet Tabs have been around forever and are also a favorite of mine. You can search petco.com for these products or purchase them from your veterinarian.

I'm looking for a high quality supplement to add to my dogs food, have you ever heard of Dr. Jeff's Optimum canine care? If so do you think it would be a good one to use? If not could you please recommend one?

Can nutralin B be given to dogs .
This is a multivitamin labeled for people so I would not recommmed giving this to a pet because they require much smaller doses of vitamins than people do. Typically GI upset would ensure if given people vitamins. I would instead recommend a pet formulated multivitamin and only if the pet has a known deficiency or condition that we are treating for. Most high quality dog foods have all the added nutrients already in the food, so supplements are generally not needed. I hope this helps! Take care.

I'm so sorry to hear that Wesson has degenerative myelopathy (DM). It is a horrible disease that we see far too commonly. There isn't any treatment that is proven to slow the progression of DM other than regular exercise. That being said, there are some recommendations for diet and supplements. The most common protocol that people have used is Dr. Clemmon's DM diet and supplement recommendations. I am attaching a link to his website below. http://dog2doc.com/neuro/DM_Web/DMofGS.htm He recommends a LARGE number of supplements which I think is too much for most dogs and clients to handle, so I will usually try to find a good quality antioxidant and multi-vitamin to add to a homemade diet. Motis is a senior dog who is in good health condition, however I would like to know what types supplements I can give her in order for she to have optimal health.
If you are giving Motis a dog food formulated for senior dogs, she will be getting all the vitamins and minerals she needs to be healthy. You can give her a glucosamine supplemental which will help with her joint health, but otherwise no other supplements are needed. Too many vitamins and minerals can be detrimental to her health, so you want to avoid overdosing her on those. I recommend feeding a high quality senior dog food food such as Royal Canin, Hills Science Diet, Purina ProPlan, or Iams. Best of luck.
