Real Nature seems to be a very high quality food, it is not one i am familiar with but the ingredient list is quite impressive. if he is doing well on this brand i would probably stick with it. other excelent options include Orijen, Acana and taste of the wild.

I need dry food for a healthy 20 pound, 9 year old Australian Terrier who enjoys liver products. Any suggestions on brands? His name is Sydney, of course.
I would suggest Fromm's, California Natural by Natura or the Halo line brand food https://halopets.com/products/halo-holistic-lamb-and-lamb-liver-recipe-adult-dogs You can also visit your local Natural pet food store for more suggestions since he likes a particular ingredient (i.e. Liver) hat is not found in many dog foods. Thank you for you post on Boop by Petco. I do agree that some canned and dry pet foods can have less then desirable ingredients. Therefore I only recommend those which have been tested. There are only three pet food brands which are fully approved by veterinarians. These are Hill's science diet, royal canin and purina pro plan. Only these three Have undergone detailed research to ensure they provide an adequate and nutritious diet for pets. This research is approved by veterinarians. Any other food brands may not be as regulated or researched as thoroughly. For this reason I would only advise feeding one of those three. In regards to raw food diets, there are undeniably benefits to this type of fresh, less processed food. The issue can be obtaining, and preparing quality enough meat to prevent infections from food borne pathogens. An alternative to consider to raw food diets are home prepared diets. Hi, thanks for using Boop by Petco! I recommend Hill's Science Diet, Royal Canin, Purina and Iams/Eukanuba. These companies employ veterinary nutritionists and have above industry standards regarding quality ingredients and care to prevent contamination at their facilities. These companies are far superior than the boutique brands. Have a good day!

Hi there! Harley is absoultely adorable! In my opinion, any of the premium brands (Hill’s, Purina, Royal Canin) are great! They are all devloped with veterinary research and focus on providing the most balanced and nutritious diet for pets. Thus, really eliminating the need for a “vitamin” supplement like we take. With that said there are supplements that you can add to Harley’s diet, such as those for joints and coat. Harley’s vet will be the best person to give you dosage and product recommendations (we’re a little limited online, since I have not examined Harley before). I feed my Rhodesian Ridgeback the Purina Pro-Plan Salmon diet, but it really boils down to what Harley likes and what aggrees with her. Sorry it won’t let me post a picture of the food, but any of the brands I mentioned above can be found at your local PetCo. Hope this helps! Happy New Year to you and Harley.
