I use nature's miracle eucalyptus spearmint shampoo for my GSD due to the area i live where tick and flee are very much normal. Some how they discontinued this shampoo. which one you recommend please note he hates sweet smell?
I do not recommend any flea or tick shampoos, these are usually not safe products and not as long lasting as more modern preventive treatment for fleas and ticks. here is the list of the best flea products on the market. I would not try a vegan diet with Toughy. It is not nutritionally appropriate for dogs. I would recommend talking to your veterinarian to see if you can get something called Apoquel or Cytopoint where you are. These are great allergy medications that helps tremendously. I would recommend using toys such as Kong or toys that are more difficult to destroy so that you do not have to worry about this problem. The kong toys are nearly indestructible. If he continues to chew and destroy the kong toys even, I would recommend against giving him any toys that he can easily destroy and give him digestible bones instead to help prevent a foreign body obstruction with non-digestible material. You can buy those products at Petco for Beaux. I would advise to only purchase Frontline or Advantix. I would not get anything cheaper than that. Be aware that these are still your best over the counter products but fleas are developing immunity to them. In general, the oral products like Simparica and Bravecto are the best. Hello, actually wood is not the best for your dog. This can lead to splinters and foreign objects that I've seen end up in tracheas, esophagus, stomach, lungs, free floating in the chest or abdomen, or causing major injury to the oral cavity (teeth and gums). If you are going to give Donut a chew toy, I would recommend a Kong toy. You can find these online or at your local pet store. These are better for their teeth and durable.
