Hello and thank you for your post on Boop by Petco! I like to use Tricky Trainers because they are grain free and are only 4kcal/treat. They also smell amazing to dogs and seem to be quite tasty to them. You can purchase these at any major pet supplies store. I hope this helps!

Hello. Petco carries a number of products that might help. Zymox makes a spray & a salve that contains hydrocortisone, that can really help with the itching. On-line, you can find many more products such as shampoos & conditioners that also contain hydrocortisone. Topicals only work for short periods of time. Longer relief can be obtained with immunostimulants such as Apoquel & Cytopoint, both available from your veterinarian. Your pet may also have additional issues such as skin mites, fleas, bacterial & yeast infections in the skin, & your veterinarian can certainly help to sort some of these issues out. If the over the counter products do not seem to be controlling her symptoms, then please consider checking Chancla out with your veterinarian. Thanks for contacting Boop by Petco.

Petco offers low cost vaccination, deworming, flea/tick/heartworm prevention, nail clipping, etc. through their weekend VETCO clinics inside their stores. It doesn't appear that there are any close to you though - the closest one is about 40 miles away. If you are willing to drive this may be your least expensive option. They do not charge an exam fee.
