My dog is a boxer mix (a mut). Recently we've noticed that her back left hip bone looks larger than normal. She isn't limping, she is eating normal and not showing any signs of pain when we manipulate her leg. It almost looks as if the hip bone/joint is growing or swollen but it's hard and doesn't feel like there is any fluid. We have a vet appointment scheduled, but they couldn't get us in for another week.
