There are plastic toys that are long/string like that may be a little more robust for Chevy to play with. Laser pointers may also simulate something on a string that he can safely chase. If he does like things with string on them, I would just make sure to monitor him while playing to ensure he doesn't eat any string and so you can discard the toy if he chews a piece off.

Jasper sounds like quite a character! I do recommend obviously to be VERY careful regarding chewing electrical cords. Many pets lose their lives each year due to chewing cords that are plugged in! Make sure to always replace tubes/keep them covered/keep them in areas that Jasper cannot access. You may even have a Jasper-proof room where he gets shut in any time you are not home to watch him. This is certainly a good safety measure. There are many toys options out there and I think KONG has a few that are aimed at cats who like to chew. Some even have tasty little treats that you can put in them, some have cat nip in them and I think he would have a lot of fun. It is important for you to remove any strings or movable pieces off the toys before you give it to him so that he doesn't swallow them. Also check the toys regularly for any pieces breaking off that he could swallow as this is a risk for intestinal blockage. I hope this is helpful and please feel free to post any additional ques

Hello. I do not know what might be available in Canada, but I highly recommend looking at this website for the Veterinary Oral Health Council. Click on the Accepted Products link at the top, then on accepted products for cats. It will list everything that is truly tested to provide results. Thanks for using Boop by Petco. https://www.vohc.org

I recommend to stick with toys meant for rodents. It's hard to know if toxicity is a potential concern but the small threads could become wrapped around his teeth. Many mice like to chew on cardboard boxes and toilet paper rolls. They also make wooden toys for rodents. The clear exercise balls and a running wheel will also be fun for Frankie. I hope this helps and please feel free to post any additional questions.

Hi and thanks for posting on Boop by Petco! Redirecting with a tactile enjoyable toy that Max really loves can help quite a bit. Continuing to do this and being consistent with this technique is key. Also making sure Max is stimulated in other ways every day can make a big impact such as play time and frequent walks. You can also try spraying bitter apple on areas where Max likes to inappropriately chew and this can help deter him from chewing on or near that location again. I have provided a helpful training video below you may find useful as well. https://youtu.be/3Odb0BAjZxA
