The best cat scratcher for your pet depends on their age, agility and how much they love to climb. For instance, the Brown Centro Cat Tree is great for multiple cats who like to climb. They can scratch on the tree branches, then choose one of the two attached beds to crash in. The Gray Rizzo Cat Tree is shorter to the ground and ideal for older cats—the furniture has two scratching posts.
Keep in mind that cat scratchers with beds also have weight restrictions. Often, each bed at the top of your scratching tree can accommodate up to 20 lbs. Mau Mau has been prescribed a laxative for rock hard, grey stool. He's been on it for three days and is either going rock hard or pure liquid. He's eating up a storm, but refusing to drink. He's belching and frequently curled up. What is going on with my kitty? What should I do?

Mau Mau has a large patch/strip (that is expanding) of thinning and lost hair on his left side/abdomen. I haven't really noticed it elsewhere. He is drinking a lot more as well. He's also getting tired rather easily. No redness or bites/wounds. He's on a special diet for sensitivity and stress. What can cause a voracious appetite in a cat? Mau literally consumed a measured cup of food in the time it took me to turn to put the bag down, and wanted more. He's eating three to four cups of food a day now, at the very least. He drinks about a half cup of water a day. Litter habits seem normal.
