Have him examined by your veterinarian or an experienced herp vet. Submit a stool sample to diagnose intestinal parasites. This will all give you a better idea of his health status. Barring any major illness or injury, he could be rehabbed and live a "normal" life. Set him up in an appropriate enclosure with correct parameters. Offer appropriately sized and gut loaded prey as well as some Fluker's Repti-Boost. Soak in a warm 50/50 solution of water and unflavored PediaLyte daily for 20-30 minutes to maintain hydration. It may take time, but with a healthy diet, proper environment and some care, he could recover.

Two female geckos cam live together peacefully as long as the enclosure is of sufficient size. Two males should never be housed together. Gender cannot be determined by the images posted. Males can be differentiated from females by the presence of a V shaped line of pre anal pores just in front of the vent and hemipenal bulges behind it. Your gecko appears to be in the middle of a shed. This is a stressful time for geckos. Provide one or two moist hides in the cage and daily soaks to aid in shedding. Feed appropriately sized prey, no bigger than the space between the eyes, that have been gut loaded for 24 hours prior to offering to maximize nutritional value. Calcium w/D3 and Vitamin supplementation is essential to good health. Consider an exam with your veterinarian or an experienced herp vet to diagnose illness or injury. Submit a stool sample to diagnose intestinal parasites.

You can soak him in a warm bath for 15-30 minutes to aid in shedding. Also, provide a moist hide on each side of the tank during sheds. This is done by adding moistened moss to the hide. The increased humidity aids in shedding. Do not pull any loose shed off by hand. That may cause injury.

Thanks for including the pictures and reaching out regarding Grant Rueben. It is still recommended to have an appointment with a veterinarian. Try soaking him in approximately 0.25" warm water for 10-15 minutes, to see if this stimulates drinking and/or defecation. Using a syringe to offer a meat Gerber's baby food could provide some nutrition and calories. If he continues to regurgitate, there isn't much you can do at home. Good luck.
