Macs back gets sore from the withers to point of hip every once in a while. He is prone to bucking when playing with the other horses so I’m wondering if this is the cause. I bought him about a year ago and he had some old scars on his back where he was sore. Recently, the soreness has come back more severe than before and new scarring is appearing but there has been no scratches or open wounds. He has a custom saddle and is stretched and warmed up well before ridden. What could be causing this?

I took my 9yearold dog to the vet yesterday because he woke up not being able to use his hind legs the seen no abnormalities in his xrays he can still wag his tail just can’t not stand on his hind legs he will move them some while he is laying down I can not afford 4500/5500 for the specialist at this time he does not seem to be in pain he is his happy playful self would getting him a wheelchair until I can afford the specialist help and be ok and I of course keep a close eye on him
I saw a very small dark bug on my dog's fur. I panicked and kept trying to grab it, thinking it could've been a tick, but then lost it and couldn't find it. We checked for 30 minutes and couldn't find anything in his fur. I got very nervous that it was a flea, so I sprayed frontline. I had sprayed frontline on his back about a week ago, but had realized I didn't do it right - not enough sprays and not other parts of body, so I just try to spray other parts. Is there something else I should do?
My dog ate a bottle of magnesium pills (146 400mg ea.) and the preservative container. He’s 80lbs
My cat's eye has been watering for the past month. He has a history of this and my vet believes that he has herpes. I give him lysine everyday. It got better, but has now been worse over the last month. I got him some Terramycin ophthalmic ointment from Amazon but it doesnt seem to help. I thought he might have conjunctivitis. It doesn't seem to be painful, but he rubs it a lot and has light sensitivity. I'm out of ideas on how to fix it. The discharge is pink on a paper towel.
I have 11 week old boy kitten and have just baught a 8 week old girl kitten. I have done my best to keep them seperated however the boy kitten is obsessed with getting into her room. There have been times where he has gotten into her room and every time he does he just straight away bites her neck and then they kick and night one another and even if she hisses he will not leave her alone unless I separate them again. Any advice would be great
Hi there! New puppy that we got about three weeks ago. We were playing this evening and he slipped and bumped his head on the hardwood floor after jumping and missing a toy. He got scared, stumbled around for a bit, but now he’s back to running and playing. I assume he just stunned himself and got dizzy. We have a vet check up already scheduled for Friday. Any emergency concerns?? Thanks!!
Hello‚my pup has been diagnosed with distemper just now and he is just 4 months old. We are giving him his prescribed medicine. What are the chances of him surviving? And how long does distemper usually last? Thank you

Hi my cats nail ripped off last Friday night, exposing the nail bed completely. I spoke with a vet that advised me to put triple antibiotic ointment on him twice a day which I have been doing, I was cleaning it, and doing epsom salt soaks. I’ve stopped that to not cause as much irritation. I do clean it after he uses his liter box with cat wound spray. I’m also keeping a cone on him so he doesn’t lick his paw. Am I doing anything wrong? Any other advice? Also want to make sure it looks normal
