I brought a second cat 4 months ago to live with lucy.she's 1 year old.it's been almost 4 months but lucy is not getting along with her and whenever she goes near lucy,she starts hissing and sometimes scratching her.we even spayed lucy almost 2 months ago but it didn't help.what should I do?

I have an 8 yr old male cat [Lucy]. My brother recently adopted an unspade 8 month old male kitten [Smally]. I also have 2 female]. He always tried playng with them but they dont like it and hiss or hide. I went on holiday for 2 weeks. Lucy and Smally were separate at different boarding. We then brought Smally home 1st and then Lucy, the next day and since back, Smally is attacking Lucy more aggressively, following him EVERYWHERE and growling when seeing him. Possibly territorial. Please help.

Hello Sir/Mam, Lucy is a stray female mother dog of three cubs. Yesterday, I saw her eyes which were swollen. Her right eye is more swollen than the left one. I saw yellowish fluid in her right eye.
